Jones connected on a three-pointer and Josh Tarver followed with a jumper to bring the Beavers within 62-55 with just over three minutes left to play. However, that was as close as the Beavers got as Washington State pulled away for the victory.

Also, he could have some added motivation to put up big numbers this season with the Eagles using their first pick in the draft on McNabb’s future successor Kevin Kolb.

Terrell Owens could return for Cowboys next game
